🍲 🇭🇺 Eiko's Hortobágyi Palacsinta (Stew Wrapped In Crêpe)
I just want to introduce Hortobágyi Palacsinta and I would call this recipe of mine a variation. The meat doesn't need to be pork (possibly chicken is preferred in Hungary). Please find out yourself.
Ingredients
❖ Pörkölt
❖ Palacsinta
❖ 100 - 150 g sour cream
Preparation
1️⃣ Prepare Pörkölt. Here I prepared with pork collar (sertéstarja) and cumin powder, bell pepper, tomato added.
2️⃣ Prepare Palacsinta.
3️⃣ Wrap the meat in Palacsinta, leaving the soup in the pot (to pour over later).
4️⃣ Add sour cream to the soup and pour over the wraps.
